Icarus at the Edge of Time is a mesmerizing tale set in outer space about a boy who challenges the awesome might of a black hole. Based on the children’s book by physicist Brian Greene, this futuristic re-imagining of the classic myth features an original score by Philip Glass, a script adapted by Brian Greene and David Henry Hwang, and a film created and directed by Al + Al.

  • Brisbane, Australia-based artist Michael Palmer of Voodoo Delicious re-purposes vintage teacups, transmogrifying them into awesome unsettling, yet delightful works of sculpture containing Squid, Octopus, baby Cthulhu, and other tentacled occupants. Only the vast and indifferent cosmos knows why these tentacular horror abandoned the sea, but whatever you do, don’t try to drink them.

  • You need a pair of dueling Jedi and Sith Squirrels in your life. Luckily there’s a set available on eBay, and your wife will totally understand. Trust me.
