Although creative with their titles, working in “Thirteenth Doctor” wherever they can, Titan’s publications with the “new Doctor” so far are more of the characters we’ve seen before. But that’s to be expected. Of course the TV folks want to be first with the stories about the first female Doctor (played by Jodie Whittaker).
