Week One:
For this lesson, I had to research into Children's Book Illustration and my role was to look up on artist who was Chris Mould. From this lesson, I was able to get a better insight on different path's to take with illustration and there were only a few that I'd chose to go on which is Concept, graphic novels, and Children's book illustrations. Within my coursework, I wrote about how concept was more relaxed in style compared to much other roles and that children book illustration requires lot of imagination. My chosen artist was Kazuto Nakazawa who is a art director slash animator and had created the sequence in Kill Bill.
Week Three: I discovered some really useful sites. Firstly I had written up about Behance which was a site I was already associated with and then there was Peopleperhour which was a good site to find experience on or perhaps good paying jobs here and there. And then I found Society6 which would be a great site to sell art work on if I wanted it printed onto objects like tops and so on.

Week Two:
For my Invoice and commission, i created an illustration for my logo and wrote up on everything i could find for copyright. I felt that there was a lot to learn to save my work and what could save me from being screwed over by clients in the future.

We also played Top Trump with artists we had found. I chose William Blake, Yoshitaka Amano, John Tenniel, Yoji Shinkawa, Derrick Castle, and Jacek Yerka. I must have been too harsh on them because I didn't win at all.
